1. Measurement and storage function: It can measure single and two-way active and reactive energy of various time periods; it can complete the measurement and display of current power, demand, power factor and other parameters. It can store the data of at least the last meter reading cycle.
2. Monitoring function: It can monitor the customer's power and large demand, and prevent their power theft by analyzing the customer's power load curve.
3. Control function: It can control the customer's time period and load control. The former is used for multi-rate time-of-day billing; the latter means receiving remote control commands through a communication interface or controlling load through internal programming of the meter (considering time period and load quota).
4. Management function: Through the communication interface, the electronic energy meter is connected to the communication network or meter reading system of the electric power system to realize the remote data exchange with the outside world.
